Here’s what you need to do if you want to attend FHS Grad Night. It’s simple as 1, 2, 3.
- First, you must register online or download and print the attachment at the bottom of this page which contains the application (pg. 1), and waivers (pgs. 2-4). These are also available at the FHS office in in an envelope marked “Senior All Night Party.”
- Second, Fill out the application (pg. 1), Portland Public Schools waiver (pg. 2), the MJCC day use waiver (pg. 3), must be filled out. The Rock Wall waiver (p.4) is optional. This is only if you want to climb.
- Third, turn in the forms* with your check** to the FHS office. (Tickets are $50 per person. Payment support is available for students eligible for free or reduced price meals (see info on the form). You can also submit forms (not payment) via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Done! See you on the bus.
*If you registered at the beginning of the year you only need to submit the waivers to the FHS office or email to email@example.com
**Not necessary if you registered at the beginning of the year.
